Can I book without paying online?

No. All reservations must be secured with full payment online to avoid double bookings.

What is your cancellation policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidentals or damages. This will be returned within 48 hours after check-out once the apartment has been inspected.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.

How do I check in?

After payment, you’ll receive an email with the exact apartment address, driving directions, check-in details, and manager contact information.

Is the apartment fully furnished?

Yes. All our apartments are fully furnished with premium furniture, smart TVs, air conditioning, and tasteful décor.

Can I cook in the apartment?

Yes. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and glassware.

Do you provide Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Is there a swimming pool and gym?

Yes. Guests enjoy access to the on-site swimming pool and gym during their stay.

Do you have a chef available?

Yes. A professional private chef can be arranged on request at an additional cost OR you can purchase meals from our on-site kitchen. Guests can choose from local or continental meal options.

Can I hire a car during my stay?

Yes. Car hire with or without a driver is available on request. Kindly inform us in advance so we can arrange this for you.

Do you provide daily cleaning?

Basic cleaning is provided. Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged at an extra cost.

Can I host visitors in the apartment?

Yes, but visitors must register with management and comply with house rules. Overnight guests beyond the confirmed number of occupants are not allowed without prior approval.

What is the maximum occupancy for each apartment type?

2-Bedroom: Up to 4 guests 3-Bedroom: Up to 6 guests Penthouse Loft: Up to 3 guests

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Flutterwave, which supports debit/credit cards, bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money.

Is the apartment secure?

Yes. Our apartments are located in secure estates with 24/7 security, gated access, and CCTV surveillance.

Who do I contact if I need help during my stay?

You will be assigned a guest experience manager who is available via phone or WhatsApp for assistance throughout your stay.

Are pets allowed?

No. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.

Where are your apartments located?

We currently have apartments in Mabushi and Wuse 2, Abuja. Full address and directions will be provided after booking.

How far are you from the airport?

Approximately 30 minutes from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport by car, depending on traffic.
